Welcome to Imagine Leadership Academy! We are delighted to extend an open invitation to all parents, encouraging your active involvement in our school community. To ensure the utmost benefit and safety of our students and maintain a conducive learning environment. Parents/Guardians will no longer be permitted to walk students to their classrooms once the school day has started at 9:00am. If you need to meet with a staff member, please contact the main office to schedule a time to meet. We kindly request your cooperation in following these procedures:

1. Check-In at the Reception Desk

Upon arrival, we kindly ask that you always check in at our reception desk or office. By doing so, you will receive a visitor’s pass, enabling us to account for all individuals on campus and uphold a secure environment.

2. Observer Role in the Classroom

When entering your child’s classroom as a visitor, we kindly request that you take a seat in the back of the room or in a place designated by the teacher. This allows you to observe the classroom activities without disrupting the learning environment. To ensure minimal distractions, we kindly ask that you refrain from engaging in any activities or conversations with the teacher or children during instructional time.

3. Introduction During Transition Time

During transition times within the classroom, we encourage you to take a moment to introduce yourself to the teacher. This brief interaction serves to foster a sense of community and enables the teacher to become familiar with you as a parent.

4. Becoming a Volunteer

If you have a strong desire to actively participate in the student’s activities and contribute to the learning environment, we invite you to take the necessary steps to become a volunteer. This involves filling out the appropriate forms, seeking approval, and scheduling times with the classroom teacher. By becoming a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with the students, assist in their learning experiences, and help shape their artistic journeys.
